KIMBERLY MILLIGAN
Kimberly is a dynamic, results-driven speaker, transformative trainer, and insightful executive coach committed to empowering individuals and organizations to achieve their highest potential. With a powerful blend of academic expertise and real-world leadership, she is a recognized voice in employee development, leadership, and AI integration.
She serves as the Director of the Employee Development Center and AI Adaptation and Training at Brazosport College, where she leads college-wide initiatives such as the Lead Forward: Strategies for Success leadership series, DiSC and Dare to Lead workshops, and institution-wide SMAART goal development. In addition, she teaches as an Adjunct Professor of Business Management and Marketing.
Kimberly’s professional journey reflects a blend of education, coaching, and entrepreneurship. She has owned two childcare facilities and served as a high school technology instructor, and currently teaches business management and marketing as a college adjunct professor. A certified executive coach and DiSC/DDI facilitator, Kimberly also co-owns Southall Heritage Youth Home, a residential treatment facility for boys, and co-leads The Marriage Workout coaching business.
A devoted wife of 20 years and mother of seven, Kimberly brings warmth, relatability, and life-earned wisdom to every setting. She blends strategic thinking with compassion and authenticity, helping others grow through purpose, clarity, and lasting transformation.
